Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are received and processed within 1 business day on average, excluding weekends.
  • All orders are shipped from Florida, USA.
  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • We ship via UPS or USPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Florida: 1–2 business days
  • Other U.S. states: 2–8 business days

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, the issue must be properly documented.

To process a replacement or refund claim, we require:

  • Clear photos of the outer shipping box
  • Photos of the product inside its packaging
  • Detailed images of any leaks or visible damage

❗ Claims without documentation cannot be processed.
We use protective packaging to ensure safe delivery, and damages are rare—but if an issue occurs, please contact us promptly with supporting images.

Wholesale / Bulk Orders

Shipping for bulk or wholesale orders is handled case by case, depending on destination and order volume.

Returns

We are proud to be a 5-star rated company, and we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the shipping date
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original sealed packaging
  • Refunds are issued minus shipping costs

If your order included free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

⚠️ Additional notes:

  • Tester items are non-returnable
  • A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply if the product is not returned in original condition

Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed after the return is received.

Lost or Unclaimed Packages

Valdes Parfums is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, refused, or rejected packages.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.
